  • Tipica villa verticale in un contesto geografico ideale, tranquilla, terrazze (circa 100m2) con panorami mozzafiato, indimenticabili sul mare, Praiano, Torri di Positano, Isola dei Galli. Nel cuore del paese. Architettura stile saraceno. Pavimenti: cotto tagliato a mano, antiche ceramiche napoletane. Arredamento d'epoca con tutti i comfort. Tre terrazze arredate con tavoli (di cui un tavolo da 10 persone) e piante, fiori, pergolati vasi e orci antichi. Un balconcino. Tutte con panorama a 180 gradi sul mare. Piano superiore: camera matrimoniale (letto 1.6x2.0m) con balconcino, aria condizionata e proprio bagno; camera a due letti (0.9x2.0mt) con terrazzo (tavolo con 4 sedie e sedia sdraio), aria condizionata e proprio bagno, possibilità di unire i due letti singoli per ottenere un terzo letto matrimoniale. Piano di mezzo: camera matrimoniale (letto 1.6x2.0m) , aria condizionata e proprio bagno; salotto; le stanze accedono ad una ampia terrazza con tavolo con 5 sedie, 2 sedie sdraio, 2 lettini da sole. Piano inferiore: salotto, stanza da pranzo, camera singola (letto 0.9x2m), bagno, cucina. Tutte le stanze del piano inferiore affacciano su ampio terrazzo con tavolo x 8-10 persone, 2 sedie sdraio). Please don’t look any further - book this GORGEOUS villa!! I spent countless hours looking through Positano villas to stay in. Thank goodness I stumbled on this magical place! The views are stunning from ALL three terraces. We had a family of five stay in the villa. Our three teenage daughters had their own private spaces and their own bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the villa was very clean. Rosella was a fabulous host and very communicative. She always responded quickly and helped us arrange transportation. Truly paradise in Positano!!

We spent 9 days in Positano. The villa was in a great location to access the harbor, shops and walking distance to the beaches. The views from the villa were excellent, it was clean and well maintained. Maria who manages the villa was a huge help to arrange transportation when needed, made reservations for us, and one option was to have a home cooked Italian four course meal she and her daughter prepared. The food was excellent and well done. The host was easy to contact and promptly responded when we wanted something or had questions. Each room had its own bathroom facilities, well supplied and clean. Due to length of our stay, they changed towels mid-way through. The kitchen was well supplied for our needs.

The villa location was perfect! (Only 90 steps down from the main road & shopping, closest to Da Vincenzo.) The main beach was about 250 steps down, which were easy to navigate. Maria greeted us upon arrival with the arranged luggage porters. Do not skip this help, & highly recommend taking 2 small - medium sized bags versus a huge one. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking/ morning coffee. I recommend Positano Cafe at the top of the stairs for a morning coffee and delicious pastry to bring back and enjoy on your balcony. Maria was quick to respond with any of our questions or needs. Do not hesitate to book this dream villa!!! Thank you Maria and Roberto for a perfect and dreamy stay...we have memories to last a lifetime! Grazie mille!

Beautiful property and was exactly as described! Roberto and Maria were excellent to work with and very helpful and communicative. They went above and beyond to make it a lovely experience for our family. We would definitely stay here again, and hopefully one day we will!

Incredible home I can not recommend enough

Roberto's home was nothing short of a dream during our stay in Positano. Of all our visits, this was the best place we stayed and we can't wait to return again! Beside the villa's historic charm, the location is hard to beat. I recommend this stay to anyone traveling either as a couple or with a bigger group.

Apartment was great. Balconies on every floor with fantastic views. The owner and his team were helpful with all our questions and needs. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had ac and fans, which were much appreciated on several days. Apartment is not too many steps down from the main road through town. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, spices etc. A very pleasant place to stay!

Unreal views from a beautiful villa!

Our group of 3 couples loved this villa, beautiful inside with antique furniture and tiles, lots of space for gathering or privacy. We loved sitting on the balconies watching the water. The location is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants, expect everything to be up or down cobble stone steps.

The Villa was beautiful. Very spacious with 3 floors. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The terraces were breathtaking, worth the stay alone. Roberto and Maria were very helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

I hate writing this review because I want Villa Ibiscus to remain an undiscovered treasure. If you’ve seen the movie Enchanted April, it has that feel—with spectacular straight on views of the Bay of Positano from every room, multiple wide terraces and balconies filled with bougainvillea, hibiscus and jasmine. Sitting on the terrace in the morning with pastries from just up the hill, you ask yourself if this isn’t still a dream and if this is the most impossibly beautiful villa you’ve ever been lucky enough to rent.And in addition to the views and terrace, the rooms are large and airy and the bathrooms big with plenty of counters and big rainforest style showers. The bedrooms are separated out so that couples have privacy and the bottom level with the kitchen (and yes another terrace and sitting room) is perfect with a small bedroom for the moody teenager. Unquestionably big enough for 3 couples plus one. In summary, it’s a place with the fine pattina of an Italian painting, perfect for someone trying to escape an antiseptic modern Positano hotel with friends and family. As with anyplace in Positano, it requires being fit enough to manage some stairs and finding the place requires some early planning with Mr. Roberto the owner and the lovely Maria Dolores, the guest services manager.

Wonderful Location

Perfect location. The villa worked very well for 2 couples! Loved all the terraces! Definitely not a place for anyone much over 70 unless you are physically fit (but that’s pretty much true of Positano in general). Maria did a great job promptly answering our questions and arranging our departure. We had a fantastic time.

Unbelievable views!

Our family of seven enjoyed our week at the villa. The entire villa was just beautiful and we never got sick of the sea views. The property is very comfortable for seven adults. We had plenty of space to have group time as well as privacy.The property caretakers Marco and Maria did so much to make our stay enjoyable and fun. We enjoyed getting to know them. Take Marco up on his offer to book some dinner reservations as we always received great service and food going with his choices. Maria also cooked an amazing meal for us at the villa one night.Best vacation ever!

Stunning Villa

We loved this villa so much - each bedroom has its own floor, patio, and bath. It's very private and all the views are breathtaking. The antique furnishings are gorgeous. The location is perfect - not far above the ferry and main beach. We hired Marco to give us a tour and it was one of the highlights of our trip. He had wonderful recommendations as well and helped us coordinate our transportation.

Our Positano Vacation

The villa was beautiful. The location was perfect and the property owner, Roberto was very helpful. More importantly, Maria Delores and Marco, the property managers were fantastic. They were kind, caring people who took the best care of us. No request went unfulfilled with Marco and Maria. I would go back to positano just to have dinner with them. This was the best place to stay in all of Positano.

Roberto and his team of Maria and Marco are the perfect hosts. They worked hard to make our stay warm, inviting and as comfortable as home. They arranged for cars, porters and excursions as requested. The dream team! We loved our stay immensely and hope to be back soon! Grazie! 😃

We loved the location…. Beautiful views. The shower was a bit intermittent between hot and cold …. Otherwise everything was great. We had to pay quite a bit for electricity which we haven’t had before It has all been included elsewhere.

Breathtaking Retreat in Positano

My family of 6 stayed here for a week. It was breathtakingly beautiful; the villa & the town! The villa had plenty of room for all of us with an extra bedroom we didn’t use. The balconies are wonderful and lent themselves to many glasses of wine, card games and meals outside. The kitchen had what we needed for our visit. We cooked many nights. Warning that Positano has many, many steps!! You really need to be fit to navigate the town & the steps. I highly recommend this villa for families and small groups. Lots of air conditioning on all 3 levels too!

Authentic Italian Casa

Although the VRBO pictures show this place with beautiful setting, it’s not until you first open the door do you realize how incredibly beautiful the setting is over looking the Mediterranean Sea. The location is perfect with restaurants above and below the location. Roberto’s place is just what you would imagine an Italian home to be.
