“Wonderful time in a wonderful place. Everything was as pictured and as explained. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was the walk to and from the beach. There are a lot of steps. It is true to the nature of the town. The home was awesome and the views were even better. The owner was attentive and helpful when I requested. Perfect. ”

It is located right on the main street and as you are walking down towards the central part of town/main beach area, you pass many wonderful restaurants and shops, etc... so it is in a good location. “Santa Caterina villa is stunning, and everything was that we needed was provided and more (including food and drinks in the pantry and fridge). The hosts are a Positano family and local business owners who are very responsive (10-15 minutes away, helping with luggage), and give the property an amazing story of generations of ownership. The location is halfway up, giving great access up and down to the best places. I cannot recommend this property enough for a high-end Positano experience. ”

“First time to Sorrento and it is the Jersey Shore of the Almafi coast. This house is located on a busy road, next to the Hilton Hotel’s open air nightclub, and the beds are pieces of cardboard. It is at the bottom of the hill so every house, apartment, hotel room above can see everything you are doing, especially by the pool. If you and 9 friends are looking for a party house then this is the place for you. The house is not suitable or comfortable for a family. No living room or area to sit in...

“This apartment is a great place for someone who needs to be away from too much actions in Positano. However, if you want to avoid paying taxi cabs about 40 Euros (one way) to take you to the main center(beach, shopping, dining) , you should be ready to go down multiple steep stairways for about 12-15 mins. From main center to the apartment is a hike !!, If you have problems with your knees, and have little kids, i would recommend that you take a taxi cab. Apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, washer but...
