“This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!”

“The staff all seemed friendly but the place was filthy. We skipped the breakfast based on the fact we didn’t think they washed their dishes enough to be sanitary. The wall behind the bathroom door had human poo on it, and the water wasn’t warm. ”

“A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person. The place looks full just because it’s the only hotel in the area that gives you good proximity to the local marinas. Motel was $160,...

“Main heater in room did not work and small space heater was not strong enough to heat room. Alao the tv did not work alot of the time because it was not cable but had to stream off the internet. They changed me to a different room but then i had to change back as the tv did not work at all.”

“April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views. “Pool wasn't open yet ”

“I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. ”

“The water heater supposedly burst so we had no water to take a shower or go to the bathroom. No breakfast because we couldn’t trust the water source. The toilet in our room filled up with brown fluid. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The front door of the entrance into the building is filthy. I do expect some sort of refund as we had to leave to find elsewhere to stay, go to the bathroom and take a shower.”
