“Gross rude”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. I reported this to the concierge, and she said that she would advise the manager to run a de-odorizing machine. (We did...

“Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”

“Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

“For the price this was well worth the stay. I got to check in early for $35, which was 100% worth it. The room was spacious, overlooking the water in the back. Free shuttle ride to the airport. And a surprising feature I didn't know I would enjoy so much was the waterfall out front. In the morning, waiting for the shuttle and enjoying the morning light with the sound of sight of water was so peaceful.”

“I hated my stay here. Thank God it was just one night. It looked like it was in a time warp from the 1980’s with ugly brown furniture that had the veneers scuffed, really bad coffee for the room, cheap shampoo and soap, thin towels. My room faced the highway so it was really noisy. Soundproofing or a white noise machine would have been nice. “Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself. The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and I would have had to change hotels if staying more than one night. Horrible mattress. Horrible.
