“This hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The hotel felt secure, they locked the door from 9pm to 9am and you could not enter without your room key. The breakfast was a nice addition. This hotel met our needs for our one night stay. ”

“There's some good, some bad and some very bad about this property. The woman that works up front is extremely rude and aggressive. The room did was very basic, not a studio as it was advertised.”

“We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. “I can say that hotel are good , the position are far to downtown, but in generally good”

“It felt like an hourly hotel you see in the movies for women of the night. I had to rebook at a nearby hotel. We did not stay at this hotel. It was horrible. ”

“I always have a good experience. It’s clean and close to the airport. I enjoy relaxing in the lobby. ”

“I stayed for 3 nights. The person who checked me in was nice and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean however the water in the sink would not drain completely every time I used it. The hand soap was empty however I asked one of the housekeepers to add soap to the bathroom and they did. Breakfast is served only until 9am so you do have to wake up a little early to get it. The options for breakfast were good. The hot tub being open and being an option was nice. ”

“Clean lobby and room, friendly staff, average hot continental breakfast, easy and safe parking. Our only complaint was that we could not get the room temperature to our liking and we can’t stand feeling like we have 3 flat sheets on top of us instead of a comforter, but that seems to be the norm nowadays in this price range. ”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. ”

“I could’ve said this was a excellent experience since us and the kids enjoyed it but I have a couple complaints. First off we stayed a couple days and we asked the cleaner n the front desk when we left to clean room n put fresh towels but we came back to nothing done. Pool was great but jacuzzi didn’t turn on and wasn’t as clean. Breakfast ladies very kind and it was great choices. We definitely coming back to this again hoping we get a better experience than. ”

The employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great! It was central to several amazing places in Portland, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!”
