“Old building, not taken care off. Blinds did not closed all the way.”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”

“On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there.”

“Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

“My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....

“The best part of this location is the proximity to the light rail. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, coffee). The shuttle was not available when I arrived at the airport at midnight, the front desk said I would need to take an uber or lyft. I guess the shuttle driver had left at 11. The interior of the property is showing some age. But the front desk folks were always kind and the listed amenities were all there.”

“The room had a terrible musty smell. The bathroom needs updating. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. This was out 3rd time staying here and will be our last.”

“Left too early for any breakfast. Airport shuttle was overloaded, so volunteered to wait for next shuttle which was also full.”

“Our stay was very good! Excellent location for our trip purpose, and the train stop is right around the corner from the Hotel ( coming from the airport). The shower water pressure was the only thing that could have been better in our stay ( the pressure was low). If I return to Portland I will consider staying again at the Hotel.”

“Right next to the airport, great breakfast options, close to other food options and if you schedule early enough there’s a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Very clean property.”
