“This is firmly a four-star hotel, and it shows everywhere- the lobby, the staff, dated bathroom fixtures, and a mostly vegetarian buffet. The breakfast scene felt particularly off, with guests in pajamas and even putting their feet on chairs, which really lowered the overall experience. Keep your expectations low especially if you are coming from the US. ”

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“Room had bugs, I was tired so i went to sleep for barely 2 hours in 3 days but i was waking up itchy everyday, When I looked closely there was about 1000 bugs on the bed and behind. When I asked them about what tf this was? they responded “why are you 3 people in the room” I got super mad and showed them i booked for 3 why does it not have an extra bed? Then the lady looked and was like maybe you dropped something sweet. I don’t eat sugar. Neither was my cousin, as we were in the room to sleep...

“Wifi ok. Location perfect. Shower very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is a joke however, 2 tiny eggs with a few toasts with ZERO thing on them, zero butter zero jam. I paid an extra 8cad for the breakfast but this was NOT worth AT ALL. Front staff is very helpful, ONLY the day staff. Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable.
