Open-concept, hardwood floors, kitchen island, king first floor main bedroom/ensuite, powder/laundry room.
2nd floor loft/office workspace. Queen bedroom.

checkin time of 4:00 pm. checkout time of 10:00 am. No exceptions.

Up to 4 people at all times. Up to 2 cars at all times. Violations reported to Town of Rhinebeck and VRBO, booking terminated without refund.

Toilet paper, paper towels, & cleaning products etc. are responsibility of guest.

No Heating/cooling. Home temp regulated by owner. There is no smoking on the premises, inside or outside. Violations result in a $500 fine.

BBQ Grill Use: propane tank is property of the rental home. It is responsibility of the guest to refill the tank if it runs out during your stay. Please forward us the receipt and we will refund the cost through the app (once per reservation).

Cleaning service for hire during your stay. General areas like laundering bedding & towels, kitchen & bathroom cleaning and vacuuming and mopping. The price is $75 per clean. Please email if interested.

Damage to household items such as mattresses and linens including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, pillows, etc., resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

There is a doorbell Ring devices on outside premises. ADT security system. No indoor cameras anywhere inside the home. Motion sensors on the windows and front and back doors.

We enjoyed this beautiful and well kept home. The master bedroom and bath were perfect for us. Because of the sudden warm weather, the boys owners kindly turned on the AC for us, making us very comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and the dishes all very well organized and pristine. We appreciated all the tiny fresh flower bouquets throughout, and all of the beautiful plantings and flowers in the yard. The deer were peacefully grazing in the back yard, and we enjoyed the sunny back porch and nice chairs there. We would to come back and stay here again. Thank you Aimee, for quick responses and for welcoming us!

Weekend get a way

Beautiful, well maintained house with all nice little touches. Everything was decorated so beautiful and the house was very clean. It was about a 10 minute drive into the village of rhinebeck.

Great Property with good proximity to Red Hook, Rhinebeck and Kingston

The house was just a described and very clean. The host was very responsive to questions. It is hard to find places to stay on that side of the river. I greatly appreciated this offering.

4th time renting

We've stayed at this house 4 times--for several days each time--and it was, as always, incredibly comfortable and lovely. The house is beautiful and always spotless, and the kitchen is a pleasure to use. I would highly recommend. We rent houses in the Rhinebeck area several times throughout the year and this house is always our first choice.

Lovely stay a third time

This is the third time we've stayed at this house and we had a great time, as always. It's extremely comfortable and beautifully set up each time. Everything one needs for a relaxing, enjoyable stay is provided--including very comfy slippers. We would definitely stay again.

Stupendous views, caring host

The property is on a beautiful lake, with lovely bird song every morning. The inside was just as nourishing with well stocked kitchen supplies and little touches to make us feel at home.

Scenic, quiet location- close to so much

Girls trip to the Hudson Valley. Nice, quiet location. Close to charming downtown Rhinebeck. Easy drive to FDR museum, Eleanor's home, dinner at CIA, and the walkway over the Hudson.

Fantastic stay in Rhinebeck New York

Omg, this was a great stay for 3 days. The home was very clean and everything you need from forks to plates to towels were well provided. The king room downstairs was lovely but the 2 beds upstairs were only double beds and a bit small for each couple, but not really a huge problem. It was easy to get around from town to town, great antique shopping, fabulous food at the CIA in Hyde Park. We would book again. Thanks!

It was very pleasant

The property was very comfortable but I felt I was watched all the time. My daughter came to visit as she was staying in another house. Happens to be that she came as my 4 guests came n she was then to help them with lugage. I received an email right away that I had 7 guest. Is very invasive. People comes and visits do I have to tell you. Also my guest who is a surgeon rode in back of the house by mistake as he is a foreigner n got lost. I received an email. Your faucets are too tech for people who are not used to them n direction were not clear. It took us a while to figured them out. I left my bag by the inside door before we left n went to get it and door was locked by you. Good thing housekeeper was there n helped me to retrieve. Your add didn't say anything about the lake n we couldn't go n walk by it.MB Bathroom faucet also very complicated. I have a beautiful modern home in the West coast n anybody can work my house. No notes no notes to tell them how to do it. I don't think I would go back even though is a pleasant home. Sorry Aimee Just giving my opinion.

Quiet stay near Rhinebeck

Quiet house less than 10 minutes from downtown Rhinebeck. Ample space for 4 adults and an infant. Enjoyed the backyard deck. Shout out to the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome-fun air show for all that adds charm to the usual shopping and dining in the downtown. Great farmers market too on Sunday morning downtown.

Repeat Customers

We stayed here for a week in February 2023 and returned for another week in July. The house was as lovely and comfortable as we remembered. This time around, because we were there in the summer, we were able to enjoy the porch and electric grill, which was very easy to use and convenient. I'd highly recommend this house, and there's plenty to see and do in Rhinebeck.
