GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is a modern flat & decoration, located in the heart of the famous seaside resort Póvoa de Varzim, Praça João 23, by the sea, with two bright terraces. GUESTH4U POVOA FAMILY & BEACH has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen that opens to a bright terrace and a living room with access to a balcony. We can accommodate up to 7 people (children and baby included).



GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is located on the 5th floor by the left with lift.



GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is a flat with 100m². You will have access to 1 spacious bedroom with a King Size Bed (160*200), two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90*200) and 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the second with a bath, sink and toilet.



In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa, convertible into a sofa bed which allows us to host up to 7 people in the flat. The TV has direct access to 150 channels and high speed wifi.



The kitchen is on the back over the second terrace, a great space bright & quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils.



In the apartment, you will have 2 terraces, one facing the plaza and a closed one facing the back.



The flat's bed linen will be at your disposal.



You will have access to the whole flat.

Located on the 5TH floor of a building with lift.

It is only a 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Póvoa de Varzim, the casino, supermarkets and the historical heart of the city.



Everything you need will be close by!

In the same block of the flat, there is a small supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, restaurants and a cafe.



Only 1 km away from the flat are the following supermarkets: LIDL / PINGO DOCE / CONTINENTE.



The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You will have absolutely nothing to worry about.



We can offer a private parking space for the price of 10€/day (pre-booking required).



It is only a 10-minute walk from Póvoa de Varzim metro station, which offers direct access to Porto in just 40 minutes. The metro will also take you to several other stops.



It has a car park with several buses. It is close to highways, which allows you to easily visit Porto and its surroundings.

Our hotel service includes outbound cleaning. For stays of more than 7 nights, the exchange of sheets and towels is possible at 45 euros/week.



Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure is between 8am and 10.00am. Additional fees, which apply outside these times: Arrivals between 19:00 and 20:30 € 15 / between 20:30 and 22:00 € 25 / from 22:00 onwards: on request from € 50.



Mandatory city tax (since January 1st, 2023): 1.50€/night/person to be paid in cash on arrival.



Our private driver service welcomes you at the airport. Do not hesitate to contact us for prices.



Baby bed and high chair available on request with a supplement of € 25 / week.



We do not accept any groups of young people under 25 in our accommodation due to problems with neighbors and non-respect of common spaces. Any reservation in this sense will therefore be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.



No parties allowed. No smoking, in case of non-compliance € 200 fine.



Respect your neighbours between 10pm and 8am.



We do not accept animals.
