Located in the heart of Furnas, this spacious 300m² house blends timeless elegance with modern comforts, providing a memorable retreat for up to 8 guests. Nestled between two iconic parks, the beautifully restored 1920s property boasts a lush garden featuring a magnificent oak tree and the convenience of private parking.

The inviting living area is full of charm, complete with cozy sofas, a TV for your entertainment, and plenty of windows that bathe the space in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining room offers the perfect setting for enjoying meals together with your group.

You can also use the green outdoor space for outdoor activities.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, such as an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full range of cookware and utensils.

The home features four bedrooms: two are furnished with queen-sized beds, while the other two offer twin beds. All beds come with high-quality hotel linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and recharge.

For your peace of mind, the house is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs and require climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet modern cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

The best way to reach the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
