“Outside closed. Room chair stained.”

“The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.”

“The room was well maintained with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The breakfast was a bit lack luster for the price paid, was hoping for a bit more selection. The cold water dispenser next to the juices only was operational during breakfast hours and most of the time wasn't working. This wasn't one of my favorite stays. I'd recommend it to those looking for a place to sleep and relax/play in the pool and hot tub area.”

“Skipped the breakfast because it was mostly just breads and pastries, but other than that it was a clean, pleasant experience”

“The front desk clerk was amazing the moment we arrived! She was very helpful and attentive to everyone who entered the hotel. Breakfast was always ready with a great variety of choices. Our room was attended to everyday. We decided to stay longer and even got an extra room for our mom. All amenities were available and all the staff works hard to make your stay safe and comfortable!”

“The property is aging and somewhat dated. The bed was very comfortable, quiet atmosphere, and good temperature controls. Good value for the price”

“We loved our stay with the kids. Everything was close by. It connected to the kalahari and tomfoolery park. Lots of fast food options that you can take a walk in the morning or evening and grab it. Loved the rooftop. Not to big but cozy enough to relax and enjoy the sunset 😊. Overall happy with stay”

“Hotel is run down a needs to be updated. Was advised at check in , was on second floor with no elevator. My grown son had to forcefully advise I’m disabled an cant do stairs. They reluctantly moved me, but put me beside breakfast room, which was very loud.”

“When looking up the hotel it said it had a fitness center. It does not have one. Breakfast was good each morning, and the pool has a hot tub that is nice.”

“Front desk was not helpful I don’t know why this hotel gets 8.2 rating it’s looking like a motel.”

“The room was ok, needs some updates. The curtains were tore, looking out the window were stacks of mattresses, had a hard time finding a parking space ( not really their fault, people took 2 spots with trailers) tub could have been scrubbed better. But, for the price and for only 1 night it was fine”

“Most all was great. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower in room 302 was incredibly weak. Would like much higher water pressure.”

“Even though their remodeling in the loby area this place was very clean, and safe. The staff was very nice and healthy. I would diffently stay again”
