La location è in una posizione eccellente e l’appartamento è spazioso e funzionale. Peraltro è un po’ rumoroso ma nel complesso è molto buono, lo consiglio.

Grazioso appartamento in pieno centro
Siamo stati soddisfatti del soggiorno: appartamento ad un minuto a piedi dalla piazza della città vecchia, sempre ad un minuto dal ponte carlo, a due minuti da piazza venceslao... in sostanza sei nel cuore di Praga e non si ha bisogno di alcun mezzo di trasporto, a piedi arrivi comodamente ovunque. Gli appartamenti si trovano in un palazzo patrimonio dell'umanità dell'Unesco, per questo motivo, soprattutto chi avrà la camera ai piani alti, non vedrà alcun ascensore, ma non è un grosso problema. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. L'appartamento è compreso di tutto, anche lavastoviglie con detersivo per essa!

Appartamento storico a Praga
Bellissima vacanza. Resisence centralissimo fai tutto a piedi. Appartamento n. 1 grande confortevole letti e cuscini ampi e comodi. Cucina funzionale e un bagno nuovissimo con ampia doccia. Camere da letto in stile con tetto in legno dipinto a mano penso intorno al 500, un vero privilegio. Abbiamo ordinato la colazione per tre euro a persona con caffè americano piatto con frutta yogurt e musli e latte e cacao. La portano in camera all'orario che vuoi...veramente comodo. Personale totalmente composto da giovani cordialissimo e molto cortese...una rarità a Praga! Unico neo... le pulizie potrebbero essere migliori. Al rientro ho avuto la brutta sorpresa di avere addebbitati 50 euro in più della mia prenotazione con Expedia...attenzione al cambio da 744 a 797 euro!!! Peccato perché avrei dato il massimo voto

I am also happy that you had a nice time in Prague and that the apartment made you comfortable. Let me also apologize for the cleaning situation. Cleaning is the most important part for us, so trust me that we will take action to improve in this issue. I am also sorry for your problem with the payment, but we only charged you 744 EUR for accomodation as it was arranged on Expedia and we charged you additional payment for breakfast. Couldn´t it be this ammount that you are concerned about? You were aknowledged that the price of breakfast is 3 EUR per person and day, so for your whole stay it was almost 50 EUR that we charged from your credit card. I hope this didn´t change your feeling about our service and that you still had a perfect time! With warm regards, Adam

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro a Praga
Ottimo hotel in pieno centro a Praga, a due passi da tutto. Pulitissimo ed arredato modernamente con gusto. Una nota per Petra, gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (moglie e figlia di 14 anni). Avrei volentieri dato 5 stelle ma l'unico aspetto negativo (molto) è stato il terzo letto: un divanetto scomodissimo e stretto non degno di una struttura cosi. Consiglio il nostro appartamento, cioè quello da 47 mq. solo ad una coppia, non a tre persone. Da provare la colazione in camera per soli 3 euro a persona

residence proprio al centro di praga
una struttura molto bella, letto grande e comodo, ambienti veramente molto ampi eravamo in due, io e mia moglie, attrezzature della cucina nuove e complete anche se non ho usato, lavastoviglie. Posizione al centro 150 metre da piazza dell'orologio astronomico, tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi anche da coppie adulte come noi. per chi si reca a praga fare attenzione con il cambio, domandate sempre prima quante corone avete con 10 euro, cosi facendo si trovano cambi che vi danno anche il doppio rispetto ad altri.

Avoid first floor if you want to sleep before 00.
Great location and a very cozy beer place beneath with friendly staff. Also a lot of space for the money. The big problem is that the music and the sounds from the ppl in the beer place echoes throughout the entire apartment. We lived in the luxury apartment on the first floor. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep before the bar downstairs closes. So if you don’t like high music sound during the bar’s opening hours in the apartment avoid this place!

Great location
The area was beautiful, and the apartment was wonderful. I thought it was well stocked however it didn’t have enough toilet paper and I couldn’t get the support we needed. I also had reached out asking where to park and never got a response and that made our arrival unnecessarily stressful.

The property was in a great location with easy walking to all areas of old Prague and the Prague Castle. The only problem was the noise at night from the beer tasting area below the windows. As it was hot and no air conditioning you had to have the windows open.

Great property in a perfect location. No AC and there is a popular bar on the ground floor with bunch of outside tables. This place is noisy way after midnight especially on Friday and Saturday. So when it’s hot you really want to keep the windows open, but there is no way to sleep like that. This said, the widows are great and if you keep them closed it’s very quiet inside.

This propwrty was terrible. It was hot, old, smelly, not clean, and wifi did not work. Check in took over an hour and staff was not experienced. We ended up leaving the property for a new one. I want my money back.

Emplacement idéal, entre le pont Charles et la place de la vieille ville. Petite structure (9 appartements) dans un hôtel particulier (grande hauteur sous plafond, lequel est peint). Très propre. Les réceptionnistes sont très bien. Très calme la nuit mais pas forcément dans la soirée : restaurant avec terrasse dans la cour. J’y retournerais volontiers.

The location is superb. Close to Charles Bridge but away from the noise, hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious (I stayed in George, #6, and my friends were in Victor, #8) and very clean. My friends counted stairs from the lobby to their bed, around 130. No lift. But the charm #8 had certainly made up for the aerobic workout. My only issue was the “new” espresso machine that no one knew how to use for the length of my stay. The office employees said it’s new, we don’t know. If it’s a new machine there obviously was an owners manual one would think! Finally my last day, a young lady helped me. Wonder where she was all week?!?! I certainly wouldn’t distract someone from staying here because of the espresso machine, it’s a great place and I’m sure the employees will know how to operate it (or better yet) provide directions for the guests.

O hotel é ótimo! Quartos grandes, limpos e muito bem equipados. Ótimos chuveiro e a localização é muito incrível! Perto de tudo! Única questão que não há elevadores. Para nos não foi um problema mas dependendo da situação importante saber. Indico muito para quem quer conhecer Praga.

Really big area that would be fun for a family or a small group of people to stay in. Seriously ill-equipped for the heat though, I was put in an attic bedroom that was over 100°F with one half-broken fan. Ended up having to sleep on the couch downstairs where it was only 90°. I understand it’s hot in the summer but the property did not do a good job of making guests comfortable and for the price, I would expect them to try, perhaps setting up more or even working fans. Very good location in the heart of Old Town.

방이 무척 넓어요. 짐 펴놓고 옷걸고 뭐 해도 넉넉합니다 침대 매트리스도 좋은편이였어요. 마지막날 화장실 샤워룸 문이 문제생겨서 좀 곤란했지만 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 위치또한 까를교와 인접해있어서 다니기 편했어요~!

Høy standard og perfekt beliggenhet!
Vi var her i 3 netter og koste oss masse! Fantastisk beliggenhet like ved gamlebyen. Vi hadde en flott leilighet i øverste etasje (dessverre uten heis) men det gikk fint. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Høy standard og deilig seng! Anbefales virkelig, hit skal vi tilbake igjen!

Úžasné ubytování na skvělém místě
Apartmány se nacházejí v historické budově v centru Prahy nedaleko Karlova mostu a dalších památek, ale zároveň trochu stranou proudů turistů. V apartmánu, který nás nadchnul, najdete vše potřebné pro kratší i delší pobyt, včetně zařízené kuchyňky s lednicí a myčkou, pohodlnou postel, měli jsme i krásný výhled. Vše čisté, velmi útulné. Za mne jedno z nejkrásnějších ubytování, které jsem kdy měl.

バスタブはありませんでしたが、部屋は広くとても清潔です。フロントの方は皆さんとても気さくで親切でした。観光地からも徒歩圏内で立地も良く、また利用したいと思いました。

Prague at its best!
So much history in the building itself! So very helpful at check-in and offered to do anything that would make our stay more pleasurable...highly recommend the beer pub right at the entrance for beer samplers and snacks. We were there three days and beers at the pub every day. Location is AMAZING! In no time you are at the Charles Bridge and town square and if you like to walk the Castle area is easily doable also! Will recommend to friends and hope to return some day myself!
