Dear Nunzia, thank you very much for taking your time and posting this nice review. I am really glad that you chose to stay with us and that you were satisfied with your stay overall. I am really sad to here about the small complications during your stay as they could have been easilly prevented if discussed with our 24/7 customer service. We are allways glad to change all bathroom properties, such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. and towells, but this is only uppon request. So if our guests contact us, it is allways possible to replace this. I am sorry for the toillet paper situation, this should be replaced regullary and I will definitelly see to solve this problem. I would also like to say, that the heating is adjustable, as each heater in the apartment has it´s own thermostat, this should have been explained to you uppon check-in and I would like to apologize that this didn´t happen.
