Tutto perfetto!
L'appartamento è perfetto, proprio come da descrizione. Pulitissimo e fornito di tutto l'occorrente con servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Posizione ottima, di fianco alla Sinagoga Maisel e a due minuti a piedi dalla Piazza della Città Vecchia. Consigliatissimo.

This is a wonderful property. We were very happy with our week’s stay. It is located in the quieter historic Jewish quarter, but is within minutes of all the Old Town sites. It is well-furnished and comfortable. (Be prepared to go to the nearby grocery or minimarts for any provisions beyond the provided toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and lotion.) This property also has an elevator. The internet was strong. We appreciated the dishwasher, complete kitchen, washing machine and drying rack. I would give the property all 5 stars except that it might lead to disappointment if someone is expecting luxury. The price is more than fair.

The apartment we stayed is superb. It is clean, comfortable, well designed and located right in the middle of the town within walkable distance to the Charlie bridge, etc. I only they have an operation manual for the stove. It is very sophisticated to turn it.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. The only negative was thst the key collection is from another location around 10 mins walk away. When you are arriving at night time and don't know your way around the city this is not ideal.

The hotel and location was perfect! The room was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We were aware that there was no elevator prior to booking, so make sure you take note of that. We didn’t mind it so much, as it helped work off all the food we ate!

Super zentrale Lage, bequemes Bett allerdings kein Aufzug was uns jetzt allerdings nicht störte, sollte aber evtl gesagt sein. Riesen Räumlichkeiten. Funktion der Dusche sollte überarbeiten werden. Küche sporadisch aber ausreichend ausgestattet.

Clean and stylish, in a fantastic location. Downside of a great location is that it's busy on the streets below, and when the weather is warm (no AC), if your window is open, you are putting yourself at risk of LOTS of noise. We were woken up 3 times during the night, + couldn't sleep for an hour because of noisy people walking by below. There isn't much the property owner can do about this... but I wouldn't suggest this for those seeking a restful stay in warm months.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Prague thanks to your apartment which was clean, very well located although we would have appreciated having a lift for the transport of suitcases as well as a better coffee maker and a cloth to wipe the dishes and a cloth for the counters. The washing machine has been very convenient. Thank you for your kindness.

Le mail de confirmation n était pas très clair et je me suis rendu à l appartement sans voir que l accueille était ailleurs. Le studio est très bien placé mais la mezzanine un peu basse et il faut faire attention à ne pas se cogner la tête. Pas de wifi

Täydellinen keittiö astianpesukoneineen, kylpyhuoneessa pyykkikone, oma ulkoterassi, iso telkkari. Pieni miinus siitä, että makuutilat olivat parvella ja vaikka sinne oli hyvät tikkaat, niin minulle se ei ollut sopiva nukkumapaikka. Pudotin siis vuodevaatteet alakertaan ja nukuin sohvalla. Hyvä siinäkin oli nukkua. Monet nähtävyydet lähietäisyydellä.

Lovely apartment in centre
Really lovely room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Location was excellent right next to the old town square. Reception very responsive to emails. Only negatives were that the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs and no lift. Also the reception is a few minutes walk away which isn’t too bad as we we’re taken there by a member of staff but just added walk after journey, just left keys in apartment on checkout so didn’t need to go back at end which is good.

Excellent service and room
Very friendly, nice and welcome service. Near old town square and convenient with many restaurants around. Quiet room with air-conditioned and just no lift.

Lækker lejlighed hvor du kan gå til alt.
Meget lækker lejlighed hvor man bor spot on, så man kan gå til alt, og alligevel sove i ro og mag. Der var INGEN larm fra gader eller trafik, helt fantastisk pæn og ren og billederne snyder ikke, tvært imod. Lejligheden ligger på 3. Sal og der er ikke elevator. Men den er trapperne værd.

Warning: Top floor, 8 flights of stairs, no stairs
I hired this apartment for 5 nights and I’m not happy with this place. The apartment is on the top floor up eight flights of stairs and there is no lift! The company who own the place and also Hotels.com make no mention of this. My wife was due to join me on the third day but cancellled because she cannot climb stairs. Its a smaller complaint but the shower is poor with the tap providing a minute difference between too cold and too hot. So I took a bath each day.

Quiet elegant apartment in heart of city
This luxurious apartment, with many amenities, on a quiet street a few blocks from the central square Staromestska, high end shopping on Parizska, and the Charles Bridge, Karluv Most, was truly a dream.

완전추천합니다!
여긴정말미쳤어요 엄청나게좋았어요 집도이렇게꾸미고싶다싶을만큼 너무깨끗하고 편안했어요 세탁기도있어서 수시로빨래도했구 편의점도 가까웠어요. 쿠킹툴도잘비치되어있어서 뭘해먹기도좋았어요! 게다가 구시가지광장하고 3분거리정도되구요 모든 곳을 걸어다니기 편리했어요 지하철역도 가까워서 중앙역이나 플로렌츠역까지 가기가 수월했습니다 트램도 버스도 전부 가까이서 이용할수있어요 불편한점은 엘레베이터가없다는것과 아파트관리분과 연락해서 체크인해야하는게 번거롭다는점입니다. 그런데 이런단점들이 가려질만큼 나머지부분들은 정말완벽했어요~^^

The perfect apartment
Mordecai Twelve was an incredible place to stay. It was very large, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable and the area is very quiet for sleeping. It is a very modern and beautiful apartment. It had everything you could possibly ask for, including chocolates on your pillow! Lots of closet space and a well stocked kitchen. I am a female solo traveller and felt very safe there. It is in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere you want to go! I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Prague!

Perfect location
Great, friendly staff! They helped in time of need. This room was about 15 min walk from registration. No transportation. This room was on 5th floor, no elevator. Overall would not stay here again, but at another property with this hotel group. They tried to make it right, so a big thanks to the staff!
