Recently restored, this bright apartment offers generous spaces and a long panoramic balcony where mornings are quiet and sunsets become unforgettable.
Casa Mimì Junior is on the second floor of an indipendent 3 floor house. From the entrance the long corridor divides the house. On the left, the long balcony that runs along the front of the apartment is the perfect spot where to relax and enjoy the view, sipping a coffee in the morning or a drink at at sunset. Both bedrooms and the the living room have air conditioning. Should you wish to prepare your own meals, the equipped kitchen is in the back of the house and opens onto a small shaded patio, a cool and quiet corner.
Praiano is a small town with bars, restaurants as well as small groceries within walking distance.
The location in between Positano and Amalfi makes it an ideal base from where to explore the coast, by sea or by road.
The main gate will lead you to the second floor of the house, at exclusive use of guests.
We live nearby and will be happy to share local tips: best restaurants, boat tour, hidden beaches and how to move around.
On request, we can offer a twin bed accomodation in one of the bedrooms and add a baby cot, free of charge.
Casa Mimì is located along one of Praiano’s scenic walking paths, part of the famous Art Itineraries — an open-air gallery featuring local artworks scattered throughout the village.
By climbing the stairs above the house you can easily reach the Convent of Santa Maria a Castro (about 30 minutes), and from there continue onto the renowned Path of the Gods connecting Bomerano to Nocelle.
The rocky beach of La Gavitella can be reached in about 15 minutes (around 400 steps), or you can take the local bus to La Praia beach, approximately 2 km away.
Restaurants, bars and grocery shops are just a few minutes on foot.
The bus stop for both the local shuttle and the SITA buses is within easy walking distance from the apartment.
We generally recommend not renting a car, as driving and parking along the Amalfi Coast can be challenging. However, if needed, we can assist you in reserving a private parking space located about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
From the main Amalfi Drive road there are approximately 50 steps to reach the entrance gate — typical for the area — and we will be happy to help you organize your arrival as smoothly as possible.
