VILLA AURA - Sei Camere da Letto Villa, Ospiti Massimo 12

This beautiful property sits in a secluded and private position, high above the coastline at Praiano. Surrounded by large terraces with pots of palm trees and flowers, the villa has fantastic views over the sea towards Positano and Capri. About 150 meters from the villa, a pathway of steps takes you all the way down to the Praia Beach near the Saracen tower of Praiano. Here you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and bar. There are two car parking spaces about 100 meters away from the property which, if required, should be booked in advance.
The Villa is also located just a few steps from restaurants, bars and main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant 50 mts away, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast – Sorrento line – is a few meters away.
A beautiful white staircase brings you inside the property. You’ll access a large terrace with lemon trees and take in a first impressive panoramic view of the coast. The terrace is equipped with chairs, a stone barbecue and a pizza oven at the guest’s disposal. Lunch and dinner can be taken overlooking the incredible vista of the Amalfi Coast, in the next terrace adjacent to the main living room.
A staircase leads to a second terrace where you can find another set of table and chairs and a beautiful bed of roses. The same staircase leads to the amazing sea water pool (18 x 5 mt) set on a large terrace paved with natural stone and lined with white columns. There is also a shower, toilet and a mini-bar at this level. The pool can be heated on request.
From the pool terrace there are incredible views of the sea, the coast and the islands of Li Galli. Furnished with sun loungers and large umbrellas, the area is also equipped with an outdoor shower, and shade is provided by orange and lemon trees. The terrace and pool are lit up at night. Next to the pool area you’ll find also a shaded area furnished with a comfortable sofa and equipped with a fridge.
The Villa has two parking spaces set in a private garage on the main road, about 300 meters away from the property. the space enough for a minivan and a car.
The main access is from the terraces on the ground floor,  there are the public rooms opening to a long terrace running all around the floor with covered and uncovered areas to eat or sit and relax. An extensible curtain allows you to enjoy this area in every moment of the day.
The ground floor consists of: a shady terrace runs all along the floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa and a cozy study area facing on the terrace; a dining room opening on the terrace. The dining room has a large table with glass top, seats 12, the room is decorated with original fragments of columns and Roman remains. The main floor is furnished with antique furniture, a marble table, a grand piano, sofas and a fireplace. Lower Level: A 20 steps staircase leads to the lower floor. A long hallway connects 6 double rooms, all with en suite bathroom and French doors that open onto the terrace. All the bedrooms are decorated in a classic style with elegant furnishings. One bedroom can be connected by a door to a next bedroom, if necessary.
