The villa develops over two floors and 400 sq.m.

Inside, we have a beautiful and bright open plan living area with sofas, dining corner, and modern kitchen as well as a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. On the other floor, we find the main sleeping area with two double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. The bedrooms have en-suite showers: two with shower cabins and one with bathtub and shower.

The outdoor spaces of the property are perfect, with multiples terraces and dining areas boasting stunning sea views, and a large heated Jacuzzi (4.50 x 2.50m; 1.30m deep; 6 people) acting as a pool and illuminated at night.
