Do NOT stay at this property unless absolutely necessary like we needed to. The room/location was nice…not worth the price but about $100 cheaper than the Dells which was a plus. The guy at the front desk was one of the rudest people I had ever met. We weren’t not going to be able to check in until later at night due to traveling out of state so I called during the day to see what time someone would be there until, he let me know 10pm (which is deceiving because Expedia shows a 24 hour front desk). We arrive at the motel at 9:30 to check in, and at the time of booking I booked 2 rooms. One for myself, one for my mom and stepdad. While we were checking in I asked him if the rooms were together to which he responded “well it’s a little late for that.” We later find out that even though we paid for 2 double bed rooms, 1 of them only had 1 bed in them because “that was all they had” and when I asked if they could alter the price for the 1 room, his response was “I just work here” and let us know there was nothing he could do about a price adjustment and then refused to give me the manager and owners contact information. After that, he decided to come to our room to ask how many people were in our room because their policy is they charge an extra $25 a person per room, which is also not listed on Expedia. The price of the room also doesn’t change when you alter the number of guests on the website either, be prepared for extra charges.
