“LOVED our room!! The fireplace made us feel like we were not in a hotel in the middle of downtown Des Moines. The couples massage followed by a dip in the hot tub was amazing! This hotel was so BEAUTIFUL (not your standard hotel)! The regular furnace/heat didn't work (kept kicking on but would shut off right away) but we were totally fine with using the fireplace. Thanks for a great place to stay, we'll definitely return :)”

“Staff was waiting for me when I arrived super late and greeted me happily. They were so friendly and took the time to help me with a car rental issue I’d encountered. Ahead of my arrival, they had also planned to place me in a quieter area of the hotel to avoid any noise issues from a couple groups of teens that were also staying.
