“The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light. “Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!”

She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. ”

The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt.
