Hotel a Pratt

“The suit says it sleeps 5. The room had 1 bed that sleeps and 1 pullout couch that sleeps 1. Thankfully I only had 3 people in my stay. I do not know where they expect the other two to sleep.”

“Impeccably clean room, general areas and breakfast room. Very good selection for breakfast, great coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Cookies and popcorn on arrival were a nice touch. Highly recommend.”

“The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean.”

“This is the second stay where there were children travel teams staying left unsupervised in their rooms running up and down shouting slamming doors. Until well after. midnight.”

“We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again.”

“The room was great. The outside of the property was a bit run down and the area was so-so. But, that is also practical and expected for the price point. I had a good night's sleep and got back on the road the next day without any issues, so it was a good experience.”

“I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...

“Price and location were what I was looking for and it did have thise”

“The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised.”

“While I appreciated the Embassy now has free breakfast with omelet station I was disappointed in the overall quality that this facility had over the years There was a new valet system being initiated and it was chaos as well as the female valets ignoring you or being rude Also I didn’t realize how many stores and restaurants were not convenient since the major decline of downtown Southridge will have my business from now on”

“Other than what seemed like an elephant in the room above me which isn’t the fault of the hotel, my stay was amazing. Clean room. Friendly staff. Pool is very clean. This is my new “go to” when visiting WV.”
