When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. “Our room was absolutely perfect. Everything centered around a huge walk-in shower as it should. The mountain views from our second floor balcony were amazing. And the breakfast was delicious. If you are visiting Salzburg or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend staying here and commuting by train, which is very simple to do and the station nearby.”

“We stayed at this place for 5 nights. The place (rooms , bathroom etc) were clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich and the owner asked if we wanted that or that. He was a very nice and kind person. It was peaceful there and we could sleep good. It was easy to find this place and watch the area. There are 2 wonderful lakes rather near the place.”
