Besides its garden-terrace furnished with an unobstructed view of Noirmoutier, you will discover an open-plan living area with a kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. You will also enjoy an unobstructed view for your meals from the lounge-dining room. A utility room with washing machine and an Italian-style bathroom with WC complete the ground floor.
