“Clean, quiet, and cozy, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Had everything I needed, and then some. Eclectic and creative decor, yet practical at the same time, like a boutique feel. Owners were quick to respond, and extremely kind in accommodating my request for a modified arrival, (which I didn’t wind up needing, but it was relief to have that ability. I came when it was dark, so, bring a flashlight or use your phone to navigate, it was blissfully starry and welcoming with patio lights...

“The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. I am a pillow hound with a bad back though. ...

“It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!!”

“The property was great and more then we expected. It was close enough to walk around the town of Jerome, but not in the heaviest travelled area. It was more spacious then other rentals we looked and had plenty of amenities available for your stay. And yes! The view was spectacular! Would stay here again, and will recommend it to a friend who is planning a trip to Jerome next month. ”

“This is a beautiful home. There is a porch overlooking the town and mountains. The birds are plentiful. Great place for morning coffee or night wine. There is a fire pit for s'mores. Very nice. “The studio was exactly as it was described, but nothing could prepare me for the gorgeous space that it was. Beautiful views. Comfortable interior. Homie with lots of cute extras. I really appreciated the walking tour guide of Prescott. Which I used on my second day there. Perry and Judith were amazing host. I would totally recommend a stay here anytime. ”

"Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception"
