“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. ”

“The apartment was in a wonderful location for easy access to the city. The kitchen was user friendly. And easy to access entry and leave. It was a bit grubby in places, one of the covers on the sofa was strained & the fridge was not cleaned. The apartment was roomy and spacious but it was cold & one of the heaters didn’t work. The ensuit shower blocked up when using the shower & slowly drained away. So it needs looking at. On the whole a pleasant trip however needs more heating for the colder...
