The pool towels were out when we arrived, and we had to let the front staff in with our key. Even then, he only brought like 2 extras. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and I didn't have time to check all the other floors to get ice.”

“First room we were given the AC was not working. We were given a different room that smelled of smoke. The drain moved very slow in the sink. The room was always overly humid and damp. Our towels would not dry. We were backed up to the elevator and heard it all the time. I will not stay again.”
