Il Belvidere Cottage si trova nella riserva sul lungomare della pittoresca Pretty Beach. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal villaggio sul lungomare di Hardys Bay con caffè, ristoranti e negozi specializzati.

Questa elegante casa vacanze si affaccia sulla pittoresca Brisbane Waters e il suo design intelligente consente di sfruttare appieno la vista dell'acqua dalla maggior parte delle finestre.

Una bellissima terrazza invita a cenare all'aperto e la casa è ideale per intrattenersi in un ambiente rilassante.

Si tratta di relax - gli ospiti non possono fare a meno di essere attirati da loro e concedersi un pomeriggio leggendo un buon romanzo o ammirando la tela sempre mutevole di fronte a loro.

C'è un ambiente caldo e invitante per la casa e una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità superiore e moderni mobili moderni completa il quadro.

Se ti senti energico, puoi scendere i gradini posteriori fino alla riserva sul lungomare che collega Pretty Beach a Hardy's Bay. In una direzione è il campo da tennis pubblico e la rampa della barca e l'altra direzione offre il cibo, il vino e lo shopping di Hardy Bay.

Surf, nuoto, passeggiate nel bush e pesca sono alcune delle caratteristiche di questa bellissima penisola.

Pretty Beach è l'affascinante centro della penisola di Bouddi con incredibili passeggiate nel Parco Nazionale.

Pittoresca e tranquilla, Killcare, Pretty Beach e Hardys Bay offrono uno stile di vita idilliaco. I residenti hanno a loro disposizione spiagge e bush e sfruttano al massimo entrambi. Putty Beach è un vero e proprio favorito, e il Bouddi Coastal Walk, che si estende fino a Macquasters Beach, è un punto di riferimento locale. Il Parco nazionale di Bouddi è una luce naturale, con sentieri, piste per mountain bike, luoghi di pesca e splendide spiagge che sono un mondo lontano dalla routine quotidiana.

Killcare Village si rivolge alle necessità di shopping e servizi di base e offre una galleria d'arte, un emporio, un parrucchiere e boutique. È un fattore chiave per la comunità, il quartiere è famoso, e i grandi centri commerciali sono a breve distanza. Quando arriva il todining, Killcare e Hardys Bay sono un hotspot nascosto. Ci sono ristoranti finedining come Manfredi (che si trova all'interno di Bells at Killcare), nonché rilassanti ristoranti sulla spiaggia come The Fat Goose e HardysBay Bistro.

I highly recommend this property

I highly recommend this property because of the location, ample space for those looking for a house for six people, and stunning view from the balcony to the lake. The only thing that needs to improve is the property's cleanliness, two examples: the utensils in the kitchen were dirty and greasy, and those who are allergic will suffer from dust and mite.

Lovely Stay

Lovely home with amazing views. The home had all the basics. Some surfaces and floors were dirty but we were fine wiping and sweeping before use. The beds were comfortable and electronics worked well. The biggest selling point for us was the views and the outdoor garden space. This retreat was much needed. As in previous reviews, you must be warned about the driveway. Our standard SUV was fine doing down the steep driveway so long as you go slow. The Corolla hatchback was damaged despite going slow and entering at an angle. No issues exiting the driveway. Be sure to have a spotter stand outside and guide you. Otherwise, nice accommodation and would stay again.

Cute Coastal Retreat

Beautiful water views. Very clean. Lots of utensils. Aircon Unit x 1 worked well. Mattresses on beds bit thin, and Laundary looks rough but everything works. Very recommended

A lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the Central Coast.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was a real joy sitting on the deck with the views and the bird life. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, disappointing house.

vely location. However, disappointing in other aspects. Basic supplies did not exist, eg. paper towel, dishwashing tablets, hair shampoo, condiments. Also, the house needs updating and more precise explanation in advertising. Ensuite is an added shower over toilet virtually on top of basin. Cracked toilet seat and leaking taps in 2nd bathroom. House needs overall attention. Not to mention washing machine under the house, as explained, however, very uninviting to wash in that environment! Weather was perfect so we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful outlook.

Overall great stay

We had a group of 6 friends and we were more than satisfied with not only the service but the overall stay experience. We would definitely go back even if it’s just for the great view over the balcony alone. Thank you!

Great location, spacious open plan feel!

Home is in a great location within walking distance to the bay and beaches. Great water views through a line of trees. Double volume living area with a long spacious balcony makes for easy entertaining while looking into the water lapping below! The property was very well appointed with all kitchen appliances/utensils and gadgets supplied! While it worked for us, the main ensuite was a little small and could be uncomfortable for larger people. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

In a nice little spot

The property has a very cottage feel - small, neat and cosy. The balcony that backs onto the waterfront and bushland is definitely a highlight. Internally the furnishings are showing their age and have obviously been well loved. Overall our group of 4 didn't believe we received value for our money - the location and surroundings is what you pay for here.

Great house

House was very modern clean and well appointed. Has a lot of hard surfaces so is quite echoey and loud but excellent view & position.

Great weekender!

This gorgeous cottage is located in a beautiful spot on Hardy’s Bay. It’s has all of your basic amenities, including kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend!

Beautiful, quiet home in great location

Lovely week in this lovely home. The deck is the best bit with a beautiful view out over Brisbane waters and lots of wildlife around. Great walking tracks on your doorstep and great local things to do like tennis and kayaking. Breakfast spots just moments away! House was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing to be aware of is no wifi but that didn’t bother us! Thank you for such a great trip!!

Lovely house, beautiful view

This was a lovely little house, the view is absolutely gorgeous and the location pretty good. Unfortunately it just wasn't very clean. We enjoyed our stay, but arriving to dirty floors was a bit disappointing. I'm sure it was probably just a glitch, would recommend it on all other accounts.
