In Room 308, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the TV panel was falling off the wall, and the floor near the window was soaking wet. Room 422 had no functioning air conditioning. In Room 413, there was no hair dryer, the blackout shades would not raise, and there was no cold water—the water was scalding...

I can't remember his name, dang it, because he was awesome and he just seemed so happy to be at work. What bothered me was that the A/C did not work well and was hard to figure out how to use.
