B&B a Prince

“Room had a burn hole in the carpet. Only 2 places to charge phones.computer. none of them worked. Very frustrating. Room had a coffee pot but no where to plug it in. Arrived on Fri and left on Tues and we only had room service 1 time. The officer Mgr assured my husband it would be serviced on Sat and it was not. Finally got serviced on Mon am after talking to another desk mgr.”

“We stayed here after a long day on the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the building is well maintained. We would stay here again”

“This facility was hard to find. The sign from the road was Smart Extended Stay - or something like that, but in front of the building are a bunch of U-hauls available for rent, so you can't really see the faciltity from the road. Don't go down the road to the back - the office is in the front building. Park in the front. The front desk person was very nice. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was meager and not good.”

“Very nice stay. Comfy nice beds. Very quiet on the 2nd floor. Nice pool. The Staff was wonderful. I would go back there again.”

When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...
