Welcome to The Dylan, part of the County Curated collection. Visit County Curated to view all of the beautiful properties that we manage in Prince Edward County. This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Dylan is a spacious waterfront property close to downtown Picton with amazing lake views throughout the entire space. Designed for modern luxury, the Dylan is the perfect place for friend groups or large families, featuring 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 different living spaces, a gorgeous large dining area, fully equipped kitchen and lower lever living room and entertainment space with a pool table. The exterior of The Dylan has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, from a spacious lawn for afternoon games and activities, full water access with dock, and a gorgeous patio for dining and evening cocktails with a year-round hot tub available. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

The Dylan Delights

Stayed for 4 nights at the Dylan. Beautiful views of Picton Bay seen through expansive windows. Well appointed home that made our stay a wonderful get away. We’ve been coming to the County for more than 10 years and have stayed at a number of properties. The Dylan is now our favourite.

A gem in wine country

This house was perfect for 4 couples. Each bedroom has a king size bed and there is a full bathroom upstairs and down. The beds were very comfortable and there were many areas inside and out to sit. The large table overlooking the water was a great location for our meals. We used the hot tub and that was very easy to operate. Location was great. We were 5 minutes by car to center of town.

A fabulous time was had by our group (8 friends) at the Dylan home. The house is very large with lots of seating areas, the hot tub and pool table are a bonus. The outside also has various seating options so if you wanted some alone time it was possible. We had trouble lighting the bbq and needed to change the tank but after doing so we managed to get it to work. I reported this to the number given for weekend issues only because I wanted them to know the other tank was empty and would need to be changed. They sent someone over to fix the igniter anyways, great service! All in all it’s hard to find something negative. One thing that should perhaps be looked at is the green lawn chairs need to be replaced most of them were broken. The red Muskoka chairs are perfect ! As a group we would definitely return and also recommend to others.
