Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, On Point: 42 SVL features two inviting bedrooms and plenty of additional living space:

Master Bedroom: Relax in a luxurious king-size bed and enjoy the convenience of a private 3-piece ensuite.
Second Bedroom: A cozy queen-size bed awaits, perfect for family or friends.
Sunroom: Surrounded by large windows, this sun-filled space boasts panoramic lake views and doubles as a bonus room or guest room with a queen-size hide-away bed.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, enhanced by vaulted ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the modern amenities you need, including four stainless steel appliances. Unwind in the living room, where each space, including the bedrooms, is outfitted with a 40" flat-screen TV featuring Roku Streaming and digital cable. A spacious 4-piece main bathroom includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal

Smoking/Vaping Policy

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if cigarette butts are found outside the ashtrays.
Footwear and Cleanliness

We kindly ask that you remove shoes upon entering the house to keep it clean.

Guest Policy

Our pricing is based on double occupancy. Unregistered guests are not allowed after 10 PM.
Pre-Check-In Form

All guests must be registered prior to check-in.

Safety Equipment

A First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher are provided for emergencies.
Housekeeping

There is no daily housekeeping service. Linen and bath towels are included, but we recommend bringing extra beach towels.

Towels or linens may not be removed from the premises. If you require additional maid service, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost.

Noise Policy

Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbing neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Garbage and Recycling

Dispose of all garbage in the appropriate bins. We recommend taking out garbage daily to prevent odors.

Please separate plastics and cardboard into the correct bins. Do not use plastic bags for recycling. A $75 sorting fee will apply if not properly separated.
Parking

Park vehicles in designated areas only. No parking on the grass; illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing, and any associated fines/fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances and Kitchenware

Use appliances only for their intended purposes. Basic kitchenware is provided, and dish soap and cloths are located under the sink for your convenience.
Furniture and Décor

Please do not move furniture or decor, as this may damage floors and disrupt the home’s atmosphere.

Outdoor cushions must be brought inside after each use and before checkout to prevent damage. Please also ensure that umbrellas are lowered and tied. Failure to do so may incur a fee for negligence.
Pets

Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Insects

We recommend bringing bug repellent to enhance your outdoor experience and minimize discomfort from insects.
Towels
Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

Water and Septic
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products must not be flushed under any circumstances. Violations resulting in clogs may incur damages of up to $5,000.

The owners and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises.

We are also not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By confirming your reservation, you assume all risks associated with your stay.
