“Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta! ”
“I was satisfied with the presentation of the resort. For cleanliness, I give this location 4 stars due to me staying at the resort for 4 days, I didn't receive room service but once. When asked about the frequency of room service, I was told that extended stays only receive room service once every 3 days. Other than that the staff were pleasant.”

“I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. “This hotel was everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. The front desk staff was super friendly. Nolan was who helped us and he was amazing. The parking is connected to the property in a safe garage. The rooms were exceptionally clean. No dust, the bathroom was mold free, and the furniture was in mint condition. I can’t say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend. ”
“Property qas clean the room was mid it was clean but the little cooler wasnt working and the body wahs was ripped off the wall on the bathroom and the blanket on the bed was torn and the counter was cracked it was just put back together with caulk. ”

“Not many fast food shops nearby, but great service at the location. On the weekend (even while I was on the 12th floor) the night club next door was noisy enough to keep me up until 3 am. I did enjoy my stay though.”
