“Wonderful accomodation in a stunning location. Ample room for 4 adults. Fully equipped with high quality appliances. Close to the beautiful beaches. We will come back again.”

“Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small.”

“Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.”

“We only stayed in this unit for 3 nights, but it was wonderful. Nice, private lanai with wonderful views. Very well equipped in kitchen and beach gear. Some newer beach chairs could be an improvement. Will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Has two very nice pool areas with barbeques and hot tubs. One pool area had cornhole and a sand volleyball court. Modern and clean buildings. Only downside is no views of the ocean.”

“First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. I believe on some days there is now a food truck that parks there. If it is winter, choose housing on the south side of the island. “Everything was ok including assistance on site. The rooms are rented without any cleaning service During the trip. You will have your room as a condomn with coffe tea towels etc that will not be replaced or furnished until the check out. Regardless this the place is fine. We left our room in advance due to the hurricane ”
