“Couldn't get any sleep with the partying out in the parking lot I ended up getting out of there and going to another hotel the next morning I went back and requested a full refund for my 2 nights I guess will see how that works. By the way the person at the front desk at the other hotel witch was the Baymont told me that guests from the Days Inn were constantly going to the Baymont because of the conditions over there if you don't believe me call the front desk over there and ask them about it.”

“The place was extremely filthy! Cockroaches..dead and alive all over! I have pictures! What they advertise is NOT what they have! The health department needs to shut it down!!”

“Called ahead to let the desk know we would not be arriving until 3am. Man at the desk said that was fine, no problem. Arrived at 3am to a locked office saying the office closed at 11pm. Chatted with Expedia and was then told I would be charged as a no-show. This is wild.”

“We have been staying for all our trips to South Carolina because we love the service, staff and they have great breakfast! Close to where our daughter lives and that is why we go to SC.”

“I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, with good AC, reliable WiFi, and a fridge and TV that made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again.”

“Shower was scalding hot. Went to front desk, employee acted like we were bothering her but said she would let maintenance know. Shower still scalding next am. Floor in bathroom and next to bed was VERY slippery. Did not enjoy my stay and would not go back in future.”

Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. “The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

“Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.”
