“Staff not helpful when asking for things we need”

“Dirty around the property. Stains on bedding. Loud slamming doors all night long. Non smoking room but could smell people smoking . Staff was very friendly though.”

“Breakfast was good, warm and several options. Hot tub was warm/not hot. Water seemed murky in hot tub and pool. Hotel in general seems tired, could use some updating. The beds were extremely comfortable so that was a win! ”

“Great, clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast is served a little late, especially when there are events going on and people have to get out the door. Suggest an earlier breakfast when this hotel is accomodating guest involved in events. ”

“Motel was very clean and modern. Location was only minutes away from the airport. It was close enough to the airport but off by itself so that it was not feeling overrun. The staff was super easy to deal with and it a full range of snacks and beverages available and a good breakfast. I did not have time to use them, but the pool and workout areas looked good.”

“We came to the hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub for a little spring break getaway. After 3 hour drive, we got there and was told the pool was closed for repair. It was too late to find new hotel so we just sat in the room watching tv. I really would have appreciated an email. I would have looked for something else. ”
