“Shoutout to the amazing staff who worked throughout the 4th of July weekend, especially Eric, Margaret, and one of the housekeeping staff members whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Every interaction we had, from check-in to check-out, was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The biggest thing that stood out to me was how incredibly clean this hotel was. “Dirty room and poor daily housekeeping. Thermostat had to be reset twice a day by having the staff visit the room. Dirty bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t edible. Pool wasn’t remotely appealing. Would not recommend.”

“Very convenient location to stay at. We appreciated the little kitchen space and fridge. Additionally enjoyed the breakfast that was included.”

“I didn't get to the breakfast until 8am when I was checking out so maybe there were some more options earlier but would have been nice to have some food and beverage options that aren't ultra-processed. I don't know if that's a big expense to add to your menu but maybe two or three options for fruit or power bars?”

“Parking was excellent. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the first thing I saw when I came into the room was a Gatorade bottle behind the chair that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. : ( I would still use Best Western again.”

“This hotel is excellent, and the staff are always helpful and willing to help with any concerns that you might have. There are a couple of areas that could be of concern, however. The first is that the hotel itself is near the freeway, and the room I was in was facing that area. So a lot of noise from cars in the night. To give credit to the staff, when I told them of this they offered to change my room to one further from the freeway. Still, if that’s not an option and you have a room facing...
