“We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“The room was a very nice, well-kept room. The pool area was amazing. The games area had several outdoor games available (bring quarters for mini golf, though). The restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing service as well as food.”

“Well expedia didn't tell us about the 85 dollars additional charges at the property thay said if we would have booked through the hotel we would have got breakfast im not sure if there was a savings going through expedia”

“The place was nice and clean. I only had two issues. There was no where to sit for four people. We had #6, which is two bedroom, but all four of us could not sit together, except for outside. Odd arrangement, but not that big of a deal since we were on the go. My real issue is the a/c unit worked, but was very loud and there was no way we could have slept with it on. Luckily it was cool enough that we could get by without it, but it would have been a problem if it was any warmer outside.”

“Helpful friendly manager overrode a computer glitch in our room reservation. Later she personally fixed our cable box. Nice breakfast buffet, loved the homemade quiche.”

“Rooms were fine. But we did not get the ones pictured on the website. Ours were not updated with the vinyl floors and new bathroom. But they did have an updated mattress which was good.”
