“This property on the face value because of its cleanliness, great maintenance would qualify as a 4 star all inclusive resort. “I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

“This place was nasty. Full of mosquitoes (the owner didn’t spray and expected us to use a can only a quarter full to take care of it). I heard a mouse in the kitchen. It’s dated and is absolutely tiny and the pictures are clearly altered. We didn’t stay one night- ended up leaving and getting a hotel. Do not stay here under any circumstances if you want a relaxing vacation. The owner is a slum lord and is clearly not taking proper care of the property. ”
