“The property was nice, clean, and spacious. It had great amenities for adults and children. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our family enjoyed our stay. We were to go indoors or outdoors. The game room and theater were a great way to spend family time.”

The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...
