“We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. ”

“The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The lady working the breakfast was very efficient and friendly. The hot tub temperature could have been turned up.”
