“The room was specious. However, not very clean. Sticky floors and shower was nor cleaned well either. We stayed 2 days and room was never serviced. Not sure if we needed to ask to have it done or what but by the time we got back to our room it was late to even call to have it done. So, we let it go. For the price that we paid for those rooms they should be in prestine condition and cleaned daily when there. Oh and breakfast was ok. We wont be staying here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The room was great for our family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked the bar and restaurant as well as the breakfast. The blackout curtains and shades worked great- it was so nice to have a dark room in the summer in Alaska. Only minor complaints: 1)the mattress on the sofa bed was poor quality- we couldn't sleep on it; 2) more GF option would be great (bread, buns, etc).”

“The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. Mina had the breakfast setup operating at top efficiency too. The market was convenient and we used it a lot. The room itself was set up nicely and it was nice to have a full sized fridge and a dishwasher and full-sized microwave. The doors were SUPER heavy to move though - especially the pocket doors for the bathroom. There were both feather and foam pillows which was nice, but I really needed a firmer pillow. “Run down, gross breakfast. Too many other options in midtown to make this a place we’d return.”

“The property gave away my suite and downgraded from the room I paid for without telling me. The new room didn’t have enough beds for our family and despite calling the hotel prior to booking to verify bed arrangements, the room was not what I was told nor what I had booked. Property was clean.”

“Scarlett was an amazing front desk staff member and the gentleman bartender that also works with breakfast service is also wonderful. We really appreciated the hospitality and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Housekeeping was also first class and the gym is elite.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“Room was clean, greeted upon arrival with kindness and attentiveness. The room was pleasantly sound. It is an older building with older trim, but has been kept clean. It does NOT smell like an older hotel. Pleasantly surprised to find our room with a kitchenette. Being an Alaskan and seeing what’s becoming of downtown, I felt safe here at Voyager. We parked our car outside on the side street and it was safe and unbothered. Location is ideal within walking distance of shopping and dining.”

“The front desk was friendly, and the room was clean. I was only checked in for a few hours to get some sleep before a flight. The room thermostat didn’t work and there was no ventilation. No shampoo in the shower (hard to rectify that once you’re in). The windows were dirty. And the shuttle driver dropped us at Alueutian rather than American Airlines that we asked for (opposite end of the airport). Not worth the $500 I paid for the room.”
