“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...

“Breakfast was spot on!!! Delicious and plentiful. Room was clean and bed was comfy!! Staff was polite and helpful! Enjoyed our winter visit to Anchorage. Just wish the fireplace was lit, we were there a week and not once was it lit 😢”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
