# 108 Standish Vantage: Questo condominio indipendente affascinante e splendidamente aggiornato si trova a soli tre minuti dall'ambita strada commerciale di P-town e ad un altro minuto dalla spiaggia! Nelle immediate vicinanze della strada commerciale e della spiaggia della baia, questa casa moderna è il luogo perfetto per godersi tutto ciò che P-town e Cape hanno da offrire. Il primo piano della casa offre un bel soggiorno, cucina, un mezzo bagno, così come divano letto per ospitare due ospiti supplementari (4 in totale). Il secondo piano offre una lussuosa camera da letto soppalcata con un letto matrimoniale, accesso al ponte e un bagno completo splendidamente ristrutturato. Questa zona camera da letto al piano superiore si affaccia sullo spazio abitativo principale e ha accesso privato ad una zona del ponte al secondo piano; l'intero spazio ha un'atmosfera molto aperta e rilassata. L'area del ponte al 2 ° piano offre un ottimo spazio all'aperto per gustare un caffè al mattino e cocktail la sera, oltre a un luogo ideale per crogiolarvi al sole! Il cortile anteriore offre un ponte coperto a livello del suolo e patio collegato con posti a sedere per 4 e una griglia; l'intera area è recintata, rendendo questo un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il bel tempo. There is absolutely nothing remotely bad I can say about this property. Clean, everything we needed was there, close to downtown, back yard was beautiful and a fireplace. Would not hesitate to go back again.

Really great place. Don’t let the square footage deter you. Feels spacious with great design and the two floors. Not sure about a larger group but perfect from my husband, our dog, and I. The outdoor space was spectacular and very private. Lucky to have good weather and the place gets great air circulation. Slept with all windows open most nights. We always stay on the West End so it was fun to explore the center of town. CVS super convenient. Great restaurants nearby and with a bike it was easy to get all over town. Took advantage of the Tesla charger (bought the car before Elon completely lost his mind). Overall I highly recommend and plant to stay there again.

Cozy home with a great backyard oasis

The home was clean and cozy. Had many things that we needed, like a washer and dryer. You will need to bring your own toiletries for the shower. The backyard was filled with lush plants, and even had an apple orchard. Only takes a few minutes to walk to Ptown and the beach. The CVS and gas station is down the street as well.

Amazing vrbo in ptown

This is our second time staying here and absolutely love this spot. The outdoor patio is super spacious and has several different sections to relax. The inside is also amazing and the owners really thought about the little details to make a stay so comfortable and convenient. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Amazing cottage in ptown

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor area was great and offered many different areas to hang out. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for us to do some cooking. It’s just a short walk to commercial street. We will definitely be back!

An amazing experience

Based on our experience the past week, I would highly, highly recommend that you look for a property managed by Del Mar Vacations. This house was amazing. It was perfectly sized for two people. The photos do not do justice to this property; everything about it was much better than described or pictured. It is only a block-and-a-half from the center of P-town action, but is in such a quiet and serene area, we hardly knew we were surrounded by people. The most disturbing 'noise' was when one of the neighbors called her dog in for dinner. We didn't even know there was a dog outside. The outdoor spaces were even better than pictured. The areas were perfectly landscaped and maintained, the furniture was inviting and comfortable. It was so relaxing to sit outside either downstairs or upstairs and just read and chill while the little fountain sent out quiet sounds of splashing water. Some pretty songbirds occasionally visited for a quick drink, too. Del Mar presented welcome instructions that were complete. They responded promptly when we had a question, and they followed up afterward to ask how we enjoyed our trip and if we had any feedback. It really was a great experience. Thanks to Luke and the others we talked with!

I was WOWED. Will be back!

My partner and I decided to take a week in Provincetown and booked this cozy cottage just steps away from EVERYTHING. Tucked away and private, it was our oasis during our trip. The home is appointed with tons of amenities that helped make it so much more enjoyable. If you like to cook, the kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, flatware, linens, and cookware, that made every task easy (and I LOVE to cook and entertain). The newly renovated yard was a big bonus—it allowed for elegant garden dinners and a space to relax, shaded by the trees or the covered porch, even during the hottest days. 100% recommend.

Amazing Stay

This property is truly an absolute gem! Traveling during Covid at first made us nervous but as soon as we arrived the cleanliness of the house set us at ease. The house was in the perfect location, one block from the heart of Commercial, everyday we would walk to the small beach near the pier with our son and find hermit crabs, then we would relax in the quiet private outdoor section of the house. On beach days we would enjoy the outdoor shower on our return. And the decor of the house was just perfect! Loved everything about it, we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful P-Town Experience

Perfect weekend get away for a couple. Walking distance to Commercial Street. House has everything to allow for home cooked meals and laundry. Enjoyable, cozy laid back environment. Parking space is small but works. Entrance is not the French doors but around past the outdoor shower. Management was easy to reach and very kind. Would love to stay longer.

Such an amazing surprise!!

Communication with management team could not have been better - every need was taken care of. The property itself has all the conveniences and even more that you would never expect. Gas fireplace, beds made, amazing views, total comfort and it felt like home almost immediately. So close to everything, it really was a dream come true. Great 3-Dat Stay in P-Town

Lovely compact home, well supplied and suited our needs for a late summer respite. Egress was a bit problematic (all the way around the house and through a powered room?) but otherwise fine. Thanks to the owner for a lovely stay!

Family Week in Provincetown

We came to Provincetown for Family Week with our 13 year old daughter. This property was just perfect for us. The location was ideal, with a dedicated parking space. Close to town, yet quiet, with a lovely little yard and back porch with rockers. Perfect for morning coffee. We have been coming to Provincetown for years, and this property is one of my favorites. Hope to stay here again when we return!

A great, central, spot for two

Super simple renting process. The owners are very responsive, even on holidays and during the evenings. The property was lovely and clean, close to all the action of Ptown but also far away enough so it’s peaceful in the evening. Had a great time staying at this place and recommend it highly to all.

Perfect in so many ways!

I’m not sure what is better about this property... the location or the house itself. Location-wise, it is a block and a half from Commercial Street, right near the pier. Easy walk to anything at any time of day, bike rental practically across the street, and its own parking space. And the house itself is an oasis in this busy area. The deck and patio is private, quiet, and always seemed to have a breeze. The furnishings are really tastefully done, with the kitchen having everything you need and then some... nice glasses, good knives, great appliances, etc. The owners thought of everything - totes and umbrella for the beach, nice grill, good WiFi, Jenga. Our friends stayed on the pull-out and said it was super comfy and easy to pull in and out. The bedroom is surprisingly spacious and the bathroom is very nice and clean. I loved this place - but things you may want to know when looking at it. The bedroom is upstairs and is lofted/open to the living room below, right where the couch is. So if someone is watching TV or talking, it is really loud upstairs - which really isn’t an issue most of the time....except we could also hear our friends on the pullout even at a whisper. Also - the locked entrance is through the downstairs half bath. Freaked me out the first time, although a non-issue from then on. Just different, and may not work for some. Overall, I loved it and would recommend it to anyone- we look forward to coming back!

Great house in great location. Private deck and courtyard were amazing! A little funky but funny way to enter the house through the bathroom! (Took us awhile to figure out how to enter house) Looking forward to coming back next year!
