Situato perfettamente nel West End questo 2.600+ Mq. Ft, casa a tre livelli è una facile passeggiata in città e Herring Cove Beach. La casa a schiera presenta uno stile costiero casual ed elegante in tutte le sue 3 camere da letto, zone notte e 5 bagni e mezzo. Incredibile privacy e lusso per tutti, ogni camera da letto e zona notte comprende un bagno privato e letti king-size con cuscino "Beautyrest". La planimetria a più livelli consente anche l'accesso indisturbato con più vie di accesso private. È incluso anche un parcheggio per due auto (tandem).
Il livello principale dispone di una cucina gourmet aperta completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici Bosch perfetti per creare bellissime cene a cui tutti possono partecipare. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 8 persone e può estendersi, c'è anche un posto a sedere per quattro al bar per la colazione. La pianta a pianta aperta sfocia facilmente nella zona giorno con un camino dal pavimento al soffitto e portefinestre a un ponte che conduce al cortile privato recintato. Se preferisci cenare fuori, il patio in mattoni ha un tavolo per otto e una griglia a gas top of the line. Questo cortile privato è l'ultimo spazio esterno con accesso diretto alla sala multimediale, angolo cottura di livello inferiore, frigorifero per vino e fabbricatore di ghiaccio.
Tutte le camere da letto e le zone notte dispongono di cuscini in piuma, piumini e lenzuola, piumini e coperte in cotone 100%, nonché ampio spazio per riporre bagagli e abbigliamento. Ogni bagno privato dispone di infissi di alta gamma, biancheria e prodotti da bagno Kiehls. Tre bagni hanno grandi docce e due vasche da bagno.
Questa casa comprende anche 4 TV a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto e nelle zone notte e una TV da 65 "con un sistema audio surround nella sala multimediale. La sala multimediale dispone anche di un divano in piuma da 100 "e due sedie perfette per le serate Netflix e Chill.
Questa posizione è ideale. Basta semplicemente attraversare la strada per cenare al Victor's Restaurant o noleggiare la bicicletta al Gale Force Bikes and Market. Sei a cinque minuti a piedi dalla baia, Perry's Liquors, Relish, Sal's e Joon Bar. Sei altri cinque muti per il Boatslip, la piscina Provincetown Inn, il Red Inn e la palestra Mussel Beach. La pista ciclabile passa proprio davanti alla porta di casa.

The owners were very accommodating, and their home was exceptionally stocked with amenities. Perfect location in the quieter West End and extremely close to Victor’s (one of our favorite restaurants)! We will definitely stay here again.

The Provincetown property was one of the best we have stayed at. We had five couples and everyone raved about the place. It’s great to find a house with five bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a comfortable place to gather.

Our friends group has been doing a week in P'Town every summer for a decade. Hands down this is the best house we've ever experienced. Fits ten people extremely comfortably--more if you used the sofa. Everything is close to perfect. All P'Town houses should be this extravagant. We did not want to leave at the end of the week! I’ve been traveling to PTown for over a decade and this is one of my top places to stay! The house is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need on a trip to the cape. The owners has given the place their personal touch which makes it even more enjoyable. It’s more like staying at a friend’s place than staying at someone’s investment property. The check in and check out process was also very much appreciated with someone in town to help with any questions or advice. Really an incredible trip!

This house is top notch for cleanliness, design, and it has the wonderful amenities of five bedrooms, each with its own full en-suite bathroom. It really is a gem of a vacation rental. There is the added bonus of a secondary mini kitchen/bar downstairs and a second living/media room. The location on Bradford Ext in the west end was quiet but close to so many places of interest. I highly recommend!

Continues to be a rare find in Provincetown - 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, and an additional 1/2 bath. Spacious living room with integrated Sonos system, and bonus kitchen downstairs. Backyard with grill and seating to enjoy the outdoors! Great location in the West End with 2-car parking, and a short 10-minute walk to the center of town - though Gale Force bikes is right next door. Excellent property management and communication, we continue to look nowhere else to stay in Provincetown!

What a fantastic home! We loved all of the comfortable details that the home came with - the Kiehl’s products, the beach towels and totes - and we all remarked on the comfortable beds and living spaces. We were 5 couples and all of us found the house to be a top tier rental. The one thing to note when you stay there is that the basement rooms should be occupied by people who don’t mind a bit less privacy amongst those down there - while it’s possible to avoid walking through each others rooms, and each room has it’s bathroom - it’s an added element to deal with - but one that is worth figuring out for such a great rental!

Beautiful in every way. Very quiet and restful. We were all so very pleased with the wonderful space we were able to call home in our trip to Provincetown. A real plus was having en suite accommodations for each traveler. The home had every detail covered for our stay, and the location was just right. Some of our party had walking restrictions, so we used a rental car and parked at the Wharf close to town center. From there we could easily navigate. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our group loved staying here. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and well equipped- each with it's own bathroom and king size bed. The common areas are very well appointed, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for gathering. Loved the location, close enough to the action but also set back enough to be quiet. When we first saw this property online, we were giddy with excitement about a week with our best friends. When we arrived at the property - it was even better than expected!! Perfect location close to Commercial St. and everything we wanted to do during the week. Five bedrooms - all en-suite. A fully stocked kitchen and an additional smaller kitchen downstairs. The owner checked in on us periodically through text to make sure everything was going great. This house is truly spectacular and made our celebration that much more special. A few tips for this house: 1. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house so download the app so you can manage the music. The sound is fantastic. 2. There is a bike rental spot right next to the house. The house is very close to the beaches and the bike trails through the national shoreline. It was also nice to quickly bike down to the grocery store - no car was needed. 3. There is a pickle ball court two blocks down Bradford and it is a lively group playing - very welcoming to newbies. 4. Call ahead for reservations at Sal’s down the street and Jimmy’s Hideaway on Commercial - they book up fast. 5. Many places are cash only so make sure you have plenty on hand. 6. Victor’s is across the street and they have an amazing happy hour with shrimp, oysters and raw tuna dishes. 7. The owner is amazing! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We have been fortunate to stay in some pretty nice rental properties in PTown, but our entire house agreed that this was the most comfortable, luxurious, and convenient house to date. The location absolutely cannot be beat. What we enjoyed most, however, was the thoughtful design of the house, as well as all of the furnishings. We all noted how incredibly comfortable all of the king sized beds were! Every room has a sizable en suite bathroom. The basement level has a generous amount of space and a wonderful little kitchen. Alongside the Diptyque candles, SONOS speakers and Kiehls amenities, it truly felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Rob, the manager, was super helpful and accessible. Truly a wonderful property in magical PTown that we’d love to return to - thank you for fantastic stay!

This home was better than we imagined. Each room is beautifully decorated making us feel completely at home for a week. There is plenty of space, a king bed in each room, personal bathrooms for each room, and more charm than you could ask for. There were 8 of us and we were never on top of each other. Tons of space! The backyard area is a stunning garden space that we used every morning for coffee and a good book. And the shared spaces have plenty of seating, a tv hook up with streaming, sonos speakers throughout the house, and a fabulous record collection. The house is located in a great area that's very walkable to everything in town. The stroll to and from Commercial St is beautiful, there's a fantastic restaurant across the street, and right next door is a bike rental. We’ve stayed in Ptown several times before and this is the best space we’ve stayed at. We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

This is a great place to stay on vacation. The house is well designed. Good layout. Plenty of space for a large group. It's well decorated to reflect the culture of Provincetown. It's location is just outside of the main area of town. So, you can go into, or get away from, the hustle and bustle easily. There is a bike rental right across the street and easy access to the biking trails on the north side of the peninsula. I personally had a blast!

Overall, this was the best rental property we have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic...walkable to everything but not on the busy hustle and bustle of Commercial St. House was extremely clean and the check in process was so simple. The decor was perfect and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom was a huge plus!! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that has a group.

When thinking about celebrating my 40th birthday with friends and family, all I wanted to do was come back to PTown and rent this house. This is our second time at the Bradford Street property and it didn't disappoint. Originally the house wasn't going to be available this early in the season - I was super bummed because there's just not another place like it. But luckily it opened up and we all had an amazing experience. The house is exactly what is pictured - but even more. It is cozy, comfortable and can easily accommodate a large group. Communications with Rob were easy and he ensured that things would be ready upon arrival. Thanks again for everything. We will be back again soon.

Amazing luxury property with 5 bedrooms (all King beds), each with its own bathroom - very hard to find and unique in Ptown. Located across the street from Victors, it's makes walks to both the West End/Ptown Inn and into the heart of downtown simple. Management is easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying here. It couldn't be more perfect! The common space is large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The bedroom suites are also very spacious and well appointed. The location is also perfect...close enough to the action but far enough to get all your steps in!

We had a great stay at this property and it was perfect for our large group. The home is nearly new and well-appointed with all the modern conveniences. The living / dining / kitchen area is well laid out and the perfect place for everyone to gather. All of the bedrooms are "master" suites with their own bathrooms (which is hard to find in Ptown and was a must for our group). The location was great, with Victor's and the bike & snack shop across the street (we arrived late and Victor's was able to handle our large party with ease, and breakfast provisions were easy to get from the bike store). If you are looking for a beautiful new place in Ptown, this unit is the spot.
