Gli ospiti sono sicuri di trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in questo primo piano, appena arredato, completamente arredato, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno condominio. Vi aspettano due letti comodi! Il soggiorno è completamente arredato e molto spazioso. La cucina è perfetta per cenare in quanto è anche completamente attrezzata. Situato proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, gli ospiti possono godersi un pomeriggio di attività in spiaggia! PERFETTO per guardare il sorgere del sole! Proprio accanto al complesso condominiale è l'Harbor Hotel w / una piscina pubblica e cabana bar e ristorante. Un breve 15 - 20 minuti a piedi a Provincetown ti porterà oltre molti negozi, gallerie e ristoranti! Lavanderia a gettoni in loco.

L'unità include internet e TV via cavo. Sono inoltre disponibili lettore DVD, libri e giochi. Un posto auto per una macchina è disponibile proprio di fronte all'unità.

Purtroppo gli animali non sono ammessi. Massimo 4 ospiti massimo.

Immaculate! Much larger than the pictures. AC in the bedroom worked perfect. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses. Bathroom shower had very modern sliding glass doors. Mars was very communitive with instructions and suggestions. The neighbors were very friendly and steps to the beach directly across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice place, clean, well organized, comfortable. The hosts wrote beforehand to tell us how to get in. On the edge of PTown. Literally across the street from the bay. No views but that’s ok. Very pleased w the place.

Loud upstairs tenants 5:30am both mornings!!

A few days away is something I cherish, but unfortunately I don’t know if the upstairs tenant was an owner or short term renter, but the dog barking and the heavy footsteps and slamming the door woke me up both mornings at 5:30AM!! I go away to sleep in, so never again will I rent a first floor condo!!

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! All the amenities you need for a long weekend. The check in process was very easy and they left us Cape Cod key chains as souvenirs which was very cute and thoughtful! Owners were very easy to get in touch with and helped us when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

All the glowing reviews are accurate. I had no complaints or issues staying here for a Mon-Friday stay in June. Easter Weekend Getaway

My sister and I come to Provincetown every year for Easter weekend. We stayed at Mars and Paula's condo this year and were very happy. They are great hosts that were more than accommodating to us on our trip even offering a little later check out since no one was coming in right behind us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and offered high end finishes in the kitchen and bath. We would highly recommend a stay here as it is close enough to town yet far enough away to be relaxing!

Perfect P-Town getaway!

We loved every minute of our stay! Not only was this a great location but it was clean, perfect for myself and 2 friends. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook. The shower was great and the towels were nice and thick and fluffy! The beach was just a short walk away and there is a great path across highway 6 that takes you to a cool dune path. The house was clean and neat and very cozy. We rented electric bikes from Gale Force bike rentals which was a ton of fun. Drag Brunch at the Crown and Anchor was a blast! Wine tasting at the Truro Vineyards was lovely as well. Overall it was a fun weekend and we are so happy we booked with Mars and Paula. Thank you!!

Responsive owners & clean, updated unit

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive, via email, to questions we had. They also let us know the unit was ready before the normal check-in time. The unit was very clean and had all the stnecessities.

Loved this condo! Wished we could have stayed longer. Newly updated, clean, lovely decor, comfy furniture, easy parking. The owners were super easy to communicate with over the app, email and text. P-Town was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House Getaway

My friend and I just completed a lovely stay here while visiting Provincetown. The location was super close to a beach (we would have checked it out if not for the stormy weekend!) and also to all of the things we wanted to see downtown. The condo itself was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable with easy, straight-forward instructions. We definitely want to come back to visit in nicer weather and we would absolutely book this location again. The hosts were gracious, easy to work with, and super thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.

Best kept secret

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This property is extremely clean, has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook and the hosts are very responsive. We visit every year and usually stay in P town however due to the location of this property (beautifully situated by the water) and how close it is to downtown, as well as the price difference- it makes staying here a no brainer. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil beach-and-forest retreat

Lovely, clean, quiet and simple spot, the condo complex is across the street from the beach but the unit looks out on a cool patch of forest. At the every edge of town, we like the tranquility but a reasonable, 15-minute bike ride into the center of it all. Simple process, fully stocked unit with two air conditioners, extension cords, towels, sheets, beach chairs, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies. Gentle hosts, really nice stay.

Peaceful and relaxing

Mars and Paula were wonderful hosts and very responsive. Everything was laid out clearly in their info binder so we had almost no questions. The walk into the center of ptown is a bit long but that’s why we like this place. It’s quiet and very close to the beach. You’re able to be in the water with a 2 minute walk across the street. The condo is very clean and wonderfully updated. Water pressure is great and it has all the basics to cook your favorite meals. The view of the woods from the unit makes it feel very private and the landscaping is very beachy. We have stayed in a few condos in this complex over the years and this one was top of the line. There is a pool next door when the ocean tires you out and bikes you can rent on the fly.

Great condo near the beach!

This was a great spot in Ptown right across from the beach! The place itself was very cute and private feeling even though it was a part of a condo community. Everything was spotless and check in was super easy! The hosts Mars and Paula were very accommodating. It is a ~4 minute drive and ~30 minute walk into the downtown area.
