“The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, hotel staff Mahruf Hossain was very helpful. Concierge was excellent at his job and very polite. Overall was amazing. I would stay next time as well. For hotel amenities, they should have provided a prayer mat and a Quran inside room.”
“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range.
The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins.
In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals.
Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...
