“The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water.
Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away.
We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment.
A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. ”

“Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.”
“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range.
The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins.
In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals.
Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...
