“Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!”

“Wonderful place to visit and stay. We stayed there a number of years ago and they had a full breakfast. Now it's grab and go items.”

“Parking situation is terrible. You’re not assured a parking spot for booking with them. Even if you do find parking, they may wake you up at an unconventional time to move your car. Additionally, we were locked out of our room because the swinging door latch for whatever reason was toggled. The place is rundown and lacking proper upkeep. Please spend the extra money to have a better stay.”

“This property was absolutely disgusting. The photos are AI!!! The parking lot, walk ways, and stair wells were not maintained. The garbage cans were overflowing and there were cigarette butts everywhere (on a supposedly non-smoking property). Our room was unlivable. The walls had stuff all over and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower curtain and bathroom door were covered in what looked like blood. The floors looked like they’ve never been cleaned. Staff at check in was apathetic and...

“Family loved our stay. The pool was fun, there was easy access to Target next door, and room was large and comfortable.”

“Very quaint. We loved it. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and was very chlorinated. The courtyard was absolutely adorable. The room was clean and cute and the mattress was comfy.”

“Pros: Kitchen appliances were helpful, staff was friendly, newer property, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, convenient location (BYU and UVU nearby; Top Golf right next door!!) Cons: Doors are loud when they close, and I was on the first floor with some road noise. Floors could have been a little cleaner. Overall, I would stay again, especially for the price I paid.”

“The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”
