“The beds and pillows were terrible, reminiscent of Motel 6 or college dorm beds—hard and flat. The pillows were even worse, likely filled with old stuffed animal stuffing, creating uncomfortable lumps. We had to request six extra blankets due to the minimal bedding provided. The TV was unusable, split between the bed and couch due to its placement facing a divider. The bathrooms were the most amusing. The shower and toilet areas were separate, so no quick pee before showering. The shower...

“Our room was completely disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, empty beer bottles in the hallway, and we’re not sure what was in the bathtub and bathroom floor. When we left the property and asked for a refund, the front desk staff told us to go through Expedia and that the hotel would issue the refund. The hotel later denied the refund. The price might be cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth it!!”

“Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there.”

Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers.”

“They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor. They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison.”
