“Amazing and friendly Staff. Checkin was a breeze even when I used a gift card which usually causes complications. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant was fast and really good food. They even gave us the option to deliver to our room. Lots of parking and beautiful lobby and surrounding gardens. Water, cookies and hot drinks free in the lobby. Breakfast was top notch. This is our fav place to stay every year we come to BC. ”

Only complaint: the pool and hot tub were really small, and both the hot tub and the pool room itself were really hot. Didn't stay long because of that. But other than that, a lovely visit. ”

“Every Staff member that I encountered was happy, friendly, and helpful. Check in was quick. Room service was great and friendly. Kitchen staff for breakfast was so kind to us . When my family woke up late for breakfast we hurried down stairs to eat and they waited for us to make and get what we wanted to eat and they were so friendly. I requested a late check out and they were able to help me. The rooms were do spacious. I will be coming back to stay!!!!!!!!”

“Our first time here….Beautiful Mountain retreat. We booked a ‘suite’ & I requested a private balcony- they accommodated us beautifully. Our room was in ‘River Run’ group. Visit their site to look at the different room groups/ locations: River Run, Pines, Mandala. The sound of the River rushing right outside our balcony - wonderful. Property is clean, room was great with fireplace plus jetted tub. Restaurant ’TreeRoom’ -absolutely five star awesome. We also had Spa treatment, also spectacular....

"Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale del front office pessimo."
