“Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! “Such a beautiful place to stay and just relax. Cottage was equipped with toys and activities for children. Property being fenced in was a huge plus having young children. It was properly stocked with all the necessities and essentials you could possibly need. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming again! ”

“The host gave us an extremely informative PDF for the property and surrounding area. The location was great as you could walk to restaurants, bars and 1 cafe. The smores kits was a nice touch. The only thing that we struggled with was how to turn on the A/C, and one of the boat businesses is no longer in business. Otherwise, great place!”

“The cottage is in a great location, check in and parking is easy. The listing said it had a laundry (washer/dryer) it does not. The host was great and organized a pick-up and drop-off for laundry service to make up for the lack of onsite laundry, they were very professional and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is a little unorganized but has everything you need. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. Overall a great stay. ”
