“The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have water bottles in the room fridge and snacks downstairs. Our breakfast (that they made for us to take because we left early in the morning), was wonderful!”

“After a long day of hiking and climbing in the Colorado Springs area, we stopped in Pueblo to spend the night and use the hot tub. Good night sleep in comfortable beds, a good breakfast in the morning. We thank the staff for a wonderful stay.”

“My only complaint was I had to ask for a cup and the coffee maker instead of it being in the room already. Otherwise, it was a great stay.”

“The room lacked: table, chair, bathroom floor tile, folding portable luggage stand, facial tissue 'Kleenex'. Needed: new bed cover and additional furniture. All of the preceding is expected with a 2 star motel and the price. This motel is a 1 or 1.5. Also, the Wifi was not consistently accessible from the 2nd floor room.”

“The television in the sitting room did not work, and despite numerous requests to front desk it remained inoperable for the two nights we were there. Housekeeping did not come and whan they were in the unit next door I inquired if they were going to do my unit and was told no. It was later in the afternoon, probably 4:30, BUT they had not come earlier The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. “The breakfast was actually better than most breakfast restaurants when we stayed last weekend. The hostess was amazing as well. The bacon was crispy, eggs nicely done (not watery), cinnamon rolls were fresh and biscuits and gravy were delicious! Even the oatmeal was perfect (not watery gruel.)”

“The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay.”
