Puerto Morelos Adventure: Tour e Visite Guidate

Beautiful and nice property, staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the hotel double charged property fees and it took our entire trip to get a refund after they gave us the run around. There is a bit of a smell and the beach area doesn’t look like the photos. Lots of sand bars and sargassum. Also a bit far from Cancun, took about an hour each way to get to any excursion we did.

Everything was excellent, Bellboys Ismael & Ivan were the best ever! Had a butler assigned at the Platinum Club but the service was 2/10, she did not introduce herself properly, she was just taking us to the room walking ahead of us without making a conversation or offering the services, she did not gave me her WhatsApp Number until I found it myself at the club lounge, I’m a certified butler myself so I always analyze everything regarding on service & professionalism, concierge at the club where really helpful and lovely.
